He has successfully led high-impact go-to-market strategies, managed billion-dollar sales portfolios, and spearheaded AI-driven pricing transformations.

John Orton is the Manager of Pricing Strategy and Analytics at Okuma America Corporation, a leading builder of CNC machine tools, controls, and automation systems.
With a Marine Engineering Systems degree from the United States Merchant Marine Academy and an MBA from The College of William & Mary, John brings a wealth of knowledge to his role.
His career spans over three decades, including significant positions at Horizon Lines and XPO Logistics, where he led pricing, marketing, and logistics initiatives.
At Okuma, John has been instrumental in integrating advanced pricing strategies, challenging conventional thinking, and disrupting the status quo to drive profitability and efficiency.
Beyond his professional endeavors, John is an avid reader, early morning fitness enthusiast, and active community member in Charlotte, NC.

John Rozum is the Senior Director of Industry Sectors at the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM). AEM members include 1000+ component manufacturers and OEMs of non-road equipment in construction, agriculture, utility, forestry, and mining.
Much of John’s career has been spent working with manufacturers through organizing industry-leading trade shows including CONEXPO-CON/AGG, The Utility Expo. Commodity Classic, International Fluid Power Exposition (IFPE) and World Dairy Expo.
A former farm kid who grew up with a love of the land and fascination for big equipment, John remains an avid gardener, woodworker, amateur mechanic, and firm believer in chainsaw therapy.

A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Rob holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from San Diego State University and is known for his quiet determination and commitment to data-driven decision-making.
Since joining Douglas Machine, Rob has held key roles in research and development, production engineering, and aftermarket services. In his current leadership position, he oversees business development and operational strategy for the Aftermarket Services division. His team supports a legacy of over 50 years of equipment by delivering high-quality aftermarket parts, field modifications, and rebuild services.
