Zaltsberg serves as Head of Gas Services Sales Operations for North America. Based in Orlando, Florida, she brings together both technical and commercial expertise from her progression through engineering and sales leadership roles within the company's Power & Gas Division.

Zaltsberg began her Siemens Energy career as an engineering intern in 2011 and went on to serve as Gas Turbine Service Engineer within Power Generation Services. She then moved into commercial roles, holding positions including Regional Sales Manager for New Equipment within the Power & Gas Division in North America, followed by Service Sales Representative managing service accounts. Zaltsberg holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida and a Master of Engineering from the University of Florida.

Rob Danner is the Director of Aftermarket Services at Douglas Machine Inc., an employee-owned company specializing in secondary packaging solutions and services for the food and beverage industry. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Rob holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from San Diego State University and is known for his quiet determination and commitment to data-driven decision-making.

Since joining Douglas Machine, Rob has held key roles in research and development, production engineering, and aftermarket services. In his current leadership position, he oversees business development and operational strategy for the Aftermarket Services division. His team supports a legacy of over 50 years of equipment by delivering high-quality aftermarket parts, field modifications, and rebuild services.
